Supplies I'm using

What supplies do I reach for the most lately? My little portable watercolor pans. They stack into a neat little tower of 4 pans. I've also gotten the bug for stamped type lately. I've found I prefer a little water bottle to rinse my brushes. You can get quite aggressive swishing the brush, but the shape of the bottle prevents much splatter. And of course my Moleskine sketch book and pen are always in my purse. That's what I'm using at the moment. How about you?

It is funny that you should mention this because I have seriously been considering which art materials to focus on. I want to try colored inks because I like the look of them. I have always loved watercolor. I want to get some heavy printmaking paper to draw on too, but I get very scared to actually use it for fear I'll mess it up! I think I just uncovered a problem! I want to set up a real drawing area (I donated my drawing table to charity a year ago) so I need to find a good desk or table to do that! And I do carry a moleskin too!

My art centers on my camera, my knitting needles and my spinning wheel. I've been using all three. Usually my blog posts only show my camera and maybe the results of my knitting needles. I'm just now getting back in to spinning after a hiatus of a year or more.
