Frankly My Dear It's An Arts & Crafts Show

What do y'all think?
I've finished the Cinderella Castle painting for my super travel agent. And I created a new logo for them too. As a "thanks for putting up with my Disney Compulsive Meal planning Questions and being super patient with my what time is it if a train leaves Disney and four passengers have two Mickey Bars at bus two" type of bazaar questions. Any way, here's what I came up with.

Well I've been invited to participate in an Arts & Crafts Show at Stately Oaks. Stately Oaks is the Plantation from Gone with The Wind.

There's a little one room school house behind the Plantation home and that's the spot I'll be showing my work at.

So I've been busy preparing all kinds of southern treats like pecan pie and canned tomatoes. Of course they are all on paper. Maybe one day I can do these and actually have my husband try them. He can look at these while we eat a fudge popsicles for now. My mother has been wood carving for them at different events for years, or as we with descendants from the hills of Kentucky say, " Whittlin Wood". I call it carving wood, I've been de-hillbillied for years. :) Well mostly... I have my fall off the wagon moments where I let a "What do yall think?" slip out in a meeting at Coca-Cola.

The event is November 14th &15th and if things go well I'll be teaching classes that day. So my mother will luckily be able to keep an eye on my art and track the reactions to my work.

What great news!!! And an awesome site for an art show! I never knew you had roots in Kentucky! If we both had stayed out there, I might have actually been your neighbor!! No wonder you're so nice... there's no nicer people than Kentucky girls!
Your logo is just perfect!! And the watercolor turned out wonderfully too! I'm sure she was excited to get them! It seems like you've just taken off with your art! Didn't I tell you you could do it, months ago?!! I'm always right... ask my husband!

Heather,
The painting is beautiful. I can't thank you enough. I am very touched that you would go through that effort for me.
The picture is not out to be matted and framed. I'll send you a pic of it when it's done. It will hang proudly in my office.
It was a pleasure working with you guys and I can't wait to hear all about your trip.

This castle is absolutely gorgeous, I love it so much. It fits perfectly with an idea for a project I have for my room. Is there any way I can get a print of this? Or perhaps even a similar original? Please let me know it that would be possible.
