a night in the car

On a 103 degree night you do what you have to when the power goes out. Including sleeping in the car! And when the power is back on the next day you cherrish that little marvel, the AC.
What a night Thursday night was.

Happy Trails

©2007 FairyMe
We spent the day at a stable recently. I had some wonderful images of my girls. And had fun altering them. You can't really tell that there were other kids and horses... and just dusty old pine trees behind her originally.©2007 FairyMe

And the smallest had a perfect pose for mommy.

Oh my Gosh!

Oh my gosh, I'm a star! I was mentioned on Sunnynole's podcast http://halfwaytherepodcast.mypodcast.com/ ! And I hope the super creative listeners will take a peek at my website http://www.fairyme.com/. Maybe bring a fairy into their lives. Everyone needs a little Fairy here and there.
I finished the wedding map and tied up the loose ends on the shower invitation. Now all I need to do is get busy on my first to customers at FairyMe.

a baby shower in the coming weeks

©2007 FairyMe
The baby shower invitation has now been created. I hope my sister-in-law is pleased. We're very excited about the new addition coming into our family. And my girls are excited about their new baby cousin. And about the goodies they'll get to eat at the shower!

a boy, an invitation and Mr. Sleepy

I'm excited to start work on my first FairyMe project involving a sweet little boy. He belongs to a cmp buddy. This project will be an exciting one.

My sister-in-law is due soon, so I better get busy on those shower invitations. I think a special Fairy is in order for such a project!
And good grief, I'm so tired I had have 2 cups of coffee before I even left the house this morning! Let me tell you, driving through down town Atlanta with one eye open is a little tricky.
I'll also be trying to add some exciting new pages to http://www.fairyme.com/ .
We'll see, there's a lot of cleaning to be done between all this.

Fairies and metal butterflies

wahooo!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, I'm happy as a bee in honey! My site has been launched. I still have plenty of content to create for it, but for now the main thing is to get some business or at least interest started. Wish Me luck!

Have you any metal flashing? Yes, the kind usually used in roofing. It makes a beautiful a piece of art when cut and poked and bent. It's all in what you want to create. NOTE: Very sharp use heavy duty leather gloves. It's seriously sharp. Special thanks to http://craftypod.com/index.php for the idea of working with Flashing.
